HR Generalist

Job description:

Essential is hiring an HR Generalist, who is enthusiastic and responsible, is ready to contribute her/his efforts to the well-being of the company and the Team. An ideal candidate should easily communicate in English and Russian, have excellent interviewing skills, be tolerant and open-minded.

Job responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment processes: posting a job, organizing interviews, following up on candidates, initiating hiring processes
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with team leads to deliver a warm first-day experience
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and preparing all the needed documentation
  • Handle responsibility for office management, regulate purchase list, make orders, follow up on the needs and requirements of the team
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Assist accountant in making up the documentation concerning vacation, termination, etc., be aware of labor law and regulations
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
  • Manage office management activites

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, or related field
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, working knowledge with Google drive, and comfortable learning new skills as needed
  • Knowledge of Russian and English (fluent) languages
  • Office management experience is a plus
